Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Mibu's public online booking form by diners and visitors.
1. What Mibu is
Mibu is a technology tool that lets restaurants manage bookings, availability, services, zones, communications and requests received online.
When you make a booking, Mibu acts as the technical channel. The restaurant is the party that provides the dining service, confirms operational availability and honours the booking.
2. Permitted use
You must provide real, up-to-date details: name, phone, email, number of guests, date, service and any information needed to honour the booking.
The form may not be used for fake bookings, abusive testing, unauthorised automation, impersonation, bulk extraction of availability or any action that could harm the restaurant or the system.
3. Availability and confirmation
Availability is calculated from the rules configured by each restaurant. A booking may be confirmed automatically, held for review or unavailable depending on capacity, service, zone, party size or the restaurant's policy.
The restaurant may contact you to clarify details, adjust the time, suggest alternatives or cancel a booking where there is a reasonable operational cause.
4. Changes, cancellations and no-shows
If the restaurant enables management links, you can modify or cancel your booking from the link you received. Some bookings may require contacting the restaurant directly.
If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible. The restaurant may apply its own policies on no-shows, delays, deposits or group bookings where it has communicated them.
5. Special requests
Notes about allergies, accessibility, strollers, high chairs, celebrations or seating preferences help the restaurant prepare the service.
These requests do not guarantee availability unless expressly confirmed by the restaurant.
6. Communications
Mibu or the restaurant may send you messages related to your booking: confirmations, changes, cancellations, reminders, review requests or information strictly necessary to provide the service.
Commercial communications will only be sent where consent or another applicable legal basis exists.
7. Liability
Mibu strives to keep the form stable, secure and clear, but does not guarantee that the service will be free of occasional interruptions, connectivity errors, browser issues or misconfigurations outside Mibu's control.
The dining service itself, in-person attention, menus, prices, actual opening hours and the venue's own conditions are the restaurant's responsibility.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements or operational improvements. The version in force is the one published on this page.
9. Contact
For questions about these terms you can write to mibu@gastroonic.com. For matters concerning a specific booking, contact the restaurant directly.
